Four people, one bench, no sales floor
You will be sitting with one of these four for the whole session. Nobody hands you off to a cashier at the end.
Wes Amory
Founder · Woods and HybridsWes spent eleven years in golf retail before he decided that selling clubs and fitting clubs were two different jobs that should not share a building. He opened the garage bench in 2009 and still takes most of the fairway wood work himself. If you hear somebody arguing that your 3-wood should have been a 5-wood four years ago, that is him.
He is the reason every wood session runs across the turf board. He is also the reason the studio is closed on Mondays — that is his build day and he does not answer the phone during it.
Priya Nadel
Lead Fitter · Irons and GappingPriya came to the bench from a materials testing lab, which explains her tolerance for repeating a measurement until it stops moving. She runs the iron sessions and owns the gapping conversation for the whole studio. Blended sets are her specialty and she has strong opinions about golfers carrying two clubs that fly the same distance.
She is also the person who normalises every launch monitor session against the day's ball and bay conditions, so numbers from March and numbers from September can be compared honestly.
Terrance Cobb
Build Bench · Wedges and GrindsTerrance does the physical building — pulls, prep, tip trimming, epoxy, swing-weight, grip work — and takes the wedge sessions because he is the one who understands what a grind actually removes. He worked eight seasons in course maintenance before this job, so his advice on bounce is grounded in having mowed the turf you play on.
He keeps a notebook of every build the studio has finished since 2016. If you come back for a repair he can tell you the exact epoxy batch and the day it cured.
Jenna Sørlie
Putter Lane · Front DeskJenna runs the roll lane and handles almost every putter session in the building. She measures stroke arc, eye position, and delivered loft rather than starting from a head shape somebody liked the look of, and she is blunt about the fact that most golfers are putting with a shaft two centimetres too long.
She also books the calendar, which means she is the person who will call you back when you leave a message.

Request Someone
You can ask for a specific fitter on the booking form. It sometimes pushes your appointment out by a week, and we will tell you honestly whether the wait is worth it for what you want done.
Certifications
All four hold current build certifications from the shaft and component houses whose products we stock. Those certifications cover assembly standards and warranty handling — they are not endorsements, and none of them come with a sales obligation.
Pick a fitter, pick a Tuesday
Weekday sessions run quieter and usually get you an extra fifteen minutes of bench time that nobody is charging for.
